THE TAKE

Meetily records your meetings, transcribes them live and writes the summary, all on your own computer. It captures your microphone and system audio, so it works with Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and other calls, and your audio is never uploaded.

Transcription runs locally with Whisper or Parakeet models, with GPU acceleration on Windows. Write summaries with a local Ollama model, or bring your own key for Claude, OpenAI, Groq, OpenRouter or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Import existing recordings to transcribe them too, and edit summaries like a document.

The Community Edition is free and open source under the MIT license, for macOS and Windows, or Linux if you build it yourself. Meetily Pro adds speaker identification, custom summary templates, PDF and DOCX exports, and MCP, webhook and CLI integrations for $120 per user a year.
