These terms apply when you use REBILT at rebilt.xyz. By using the site you agree to them. Questions: support@rebilt.xyz.
What REBILT is
REBILT is a directory of independently built software. We describe projects in good faith, with their builders’ permission, but we don’t make, sell or support that software. Downloads, purchases and support happen on each builder’s own site and under their terms. Check details like pricing and features with the builder before you rely on them.
REBILT isn’t affiliated with the companies whose products are mentioned as originals. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners.
Your account
You sign in with Google or GitHub. Keep those accounts secure; you’re responsible for what happens under your REBILT account. Only connect sign-in methods that belong to you. One person, one REBILT account.
What you post
You keep ownership of your comments and submissions. You give REBILT permission to host, display and moderate them on the site. You can delete your account, and everything you’ve posted with it, at any time.
Don’t post anything that:
- is illegal, hateful, harassing or threatening;
- is spam, advertising unrelated to the project, or links to malware;
- impersonates someone else, including pretending to be a project’s builder;
- shares someone else’s private information.
Submitting a project
Only submit your own work, or work you have permission to submit. Describe it accurately, including what’s still in progress. We review every submission and may decline any project, including tools built to get around other software’s licensing, paywalls or protections. Submitting doesn’t guarantee a listing. The form asks for a contact email so we can reach you about it; only you and REBILT moderators see it. You can delete your submission from your account page at any time, but a listing that’s already been published is managed separately: email us to change or remove it.
Votes
One upvote per account per project. Don’t manipulate votes with extra accounts, bots or paid voting; we may remove votes and accounts that do.
Moderation
We may remove content, decline or delist projects, and suspend accounts that break these terms or harm the community.
No warranty
REBILT is provided as is. We do our best to keep listings accurate and the site running, but we can’t guarantee either. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses from using the site or any software listed on it.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. You can stop using REBILT and delete your account at any time.
Who you’re agreeing with
REBILT is operated by Filip Stopyra, an individual based in the United States. Contact: support@rebilt.xyz.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without taking away any rights you have under the law where you live.
