THE TAKE

Rybbit is open-source, privacy-friendly web and product analytics. It doesn’t use cookies, so you don’t need a consent banner, and one script tag captures pageviews, clicks, form submits, outbound links and errors on its own.

Beyond the main dashboard, watch session replays, follow each visitor’s journey, build funnels, goals and retention reports, and check Core Web Vitals from real visits. A real-time globe, user profiles, custom events with JSON properties, filters across 15+ dimensions, email reports, an API and an MCP server are all included.

Rybbit is open source under AGPL-3.0 and free to self-host with Docker. The hosted cloud runs in the EU, with paid plans and a free trial.
