Premail is a desktop app that filters the email you already have. It connects to Gmail, Outlook and iCloud, sorts every new message with AI and your own rules, and files away cold pitches, newsletters, marketing and spam. Keep using Apple Mail, Outlook or your browser: only the things that matter stay in your inbox.

Choose what happens to each kind of email, from archive and label to trash or quarantine, and how hard to filter. Add custom rules, rule packs and an allowlist, clean up subscriptions, and see how much time it has saved you. Bring your own Anthropic or OpenAI key, or run it free and fully local with Ollama or Apple Intelligence.

Premail doesn’t run an AI server: your email goes straight from your computer to the model you pick, and there’s no Premail account. It’s free for up to two personal inboxes. Premail Pro adds work inboxes, unlimited rules and Reputation Shield, from $79 a year or $99 once.
